JX Enterprises reached a tremendous milestone in 2020 and celebrated their 50th anniversary
In 2020, Our Champaign location outgrew its building and relocated to a brand new construction building with increased visibility and easier customer access.
JX then expanded yet again with a new lease and rental location in Hickory Hills, Illinois! This addition makes JX the third LARGEST PacLease fleet in the world – something we are definitely proud of!
In late 2020, JX acquired it’s first location in the Michigan UP with the new Marquette truck center.
JX Gives Back Family Foundation officially received it’s 501(c)(3) status in 2020!

In early 2021, JX continues to move, expanding to a new location in Effingham, IL.

In 2017, we launched a network wide charity initiative called JX Gives Back as a way to support our local and global communities. Afterall, we are more than just trucks. Giving back and building up the communities in which we live and work is key to our success.

In 2018, we further expanded in Michigan and successfully opened 3 new locations: Mount Pleasant, Niles & Gaylord.
Our Wausau location became a Volvo Certified Uptime Center. With this certification the Wausau location will help maximize vehicle uptime with greater service bay availability and standardized processes that lead to expedited check in and repair times.

JX’s growth and expansion continued into Michigan and Indiana. That growth also led to rebrand Peterbilt Wisconsin and Illinois to JX Peterbilt.
In 2010, JX opened a location in Bensenville, IL, and relocated the Joliet location to Bolingbrook, IL due to the growth. That same year, the first Michigan location opened at Dermody in Grand Rapids.

Kurt Jorgensen took over the role of Vice President of Sales.
Green Bay received a Peterbilt Best in Class award for Parts and Service performance.

In 2011, two locations in Indiana joined the JX family; Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. The Dermody location was moved to Clyde Park in Grand Rapids.
2012
In 2012, Wausau relocated to a brand new building in Kronenwetter to better assist our customers. We also opened a location in Lansing, IL.
2012 – The Business Journal Fastest Growing Firms
On March 13, 2012 JX Enterprises hosted Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker as he signed Assembly Bill 450 – popularly known as Wisconsin Wins – into law. The new law allows Wisconsin residents who are receiving unemployment benefits to take part-time training jobs with employers potentially looking for full-time employment. JX was among the first Wisconsin companies to participate in the program.

In 2013, JX Hino in Chicago opened. That same year, the JX corporate headquarters relocated to Hartland, WI due to growth.
Alltrux Capital, LLC started operating as our second finance company.

In 2014, the Bensenville location outgrew their building and relocated to Elmhurst, IL.

As the business grew, so did our customer base. A need for a larger space was necessary and in 2005, the Madison building completed an expansion and remodel.
2006
Throughout our dealer network, we have earned several Peterbilt Motors Awards, including the Platinum Oval Award, Best in Class, Top in the Nation, Top in the Region, and Outstanding Parts Performance between 2006 and 2009.
2007
Following the Madison expansion three more locations were opened in 2007: Joliet, Milwaukee and Appleton. In 2007, JX Enterprises corporate office relocated select offices to a new site due to growth. That same year the Bloomington location relocated to a new facility.
In 2007 JX received a variety of service and parts awards from Peterbilt Motors including Top in the Nation, Top in the Region and outstanding parts performance.

In 2009, the Rockford location completed a very large expansion doubling the size of the original facility.

JX opened the Champaign, IL location.
The next era brought new changes to JX. In 2000, Eric Jorgensen succeeded Chuck Jorgensen as President and CEO of JX Enterprises. JX has successfully moved into the next generation of family ownership.

Premium Lease & Finance Sales, Inc. rebranded as JX Financial, Inc.

JX Graphics was created in 2002 which allowed us to offer custom graphics to customers.
2003
In 2003, the Rockford, IL location was opened. The Rockford location is unique because it is located near one of the largest Paccar Parts Distribution Centers, which allows us to get parts directly from the Paccar warehouse and deliver them to our customers quicker.

In 1997, two more locations were opened in Illinois (Wadsworth & Bloomington) bringing JX to a total of 6 locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. But this was just the beginning.

The next few years were focused on opening new locations and building renovations. In 1999, the Waukesha location completed an expansion and remodel. A portion of the building was built to resemble the front grill and headlights of a Peterbilt 379

As business was growing so was the demand for truck leasing, rental, and financing. In 1980, JX PacLease was started to provide full service lease and rental solutions to our customers.

In 1984, Premium Lease & Finance Sales, Inc. was created to provide financing and insurance solutions to our customers.

Chuck Jorgensen founded JX Enterprises (formerly known as Peterbilt of Wisconsin) in 1970, opening the first Peterbilt dealership in Waukesha, WI with a team of 5.
