Was happy at the beginning then my thoughts have changed. They figured out an ABS issue that FTW Kw blunder two times. Had problems with Clarence light “rib nuts”. This last Friday truck was going to be done but would get mechanic on it in a bit. Waiting on hardware and rib nuts. On Saturday Dan was going to get a mechanic on it after he was done a wheel seal. Got message from Dan… truck screws were corrosive and wanted a body mechanics on Monday. On Monday, was told rib nuts were in Las Vegas. On Tuesday was told after a mechanic pulls codes off truck he will go to Fastenal and get rib nuts. I call about everyday to see when the truck will be done. Most of the time no one answers the service desk phone and you have to leave a message.. when the lady calls back she has to check to see the status… I always call after 09:30am. You would think by that time… the service advisor would know off the top of her head the status of your unit. I am a one truck man…. I am out of work when the truck is in the shop… I am not a big corporate company where I can jump into another truck. Pulling mechanics on and off the truck and pulling it in and out doesn’t get the truck done. Mike in service was tried to get me to try you guys for a few years…. I do and the truck has in been in repair for over a week and a half. Really no urge to get it back to me. Left a message for Mike to call me….got no call. You communication and service advisor/ updating status lacks.

What kind of oil do you use in your motors

I came in for scheduled service and during the comprehensive inspection they do as part of service, they discovered u-joints that were badly worn. Long story short, they got me back on the road lightening fast. The attention to detail their technician gave to my rigs service saved me a $2000 tow and who know what follow on costs as result, if that u-joint failed.
